The Dutch Safety Board is an independent board that investigates major acccidents and incidents.  The board has the authorisation to investigate accidents and incidents in any conceivable field.

We created an explainer video about the importance, and the challenges, of independent investigation, for the society. Working at Lukkien, I was responsible for the visual style, storyboard, and for the animation supervision.
